Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Forman & Associates Accident Injury Lawyers (“Forman & Associates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.larryformanlaw.com (the “Website”), contact us, or interact with our online content. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

Forman & Associates is a personal injury law firm located at 1139 S. 4th St., Louisville, KY 40203. You can reach us at (502) 931-6788 or larry@larryformanlaw.com.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or case evaluation form, use our website chat, call us, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and any details you choose to share about your situation, such as how an accident or injury happened.

  • Contact forms. Our forms collect the information you type into them. We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
  • Live chat. Our website chat is provided by Intaker, a third-party service. Information you enter into the chat is collected and stored by Intaker on our behalf so we can respond to you.
  • Phone calls and email. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and anything you tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages you visit, the website that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and general location (such as city or region) based on your IP address. We use the following tools:

  • Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage the analytics and advertising tags on the Website.
  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use the Website.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking, which helps us measure whether our online ads lead to people contacting us. When you submit a form, the email address and phone number you provide may be securely hashed (converted into a coded string) and shared with Google to help measure ad conversions, a feature Google calls “enhanced conversions.”
  • Google Site Kit, a WordPress plugin that connects the Website to Google services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Embedded Google Maps and YouTube videos, which may set cookies and collect information when you view or interact with them (see below).
  • Security services, including Cloudflare and website firewall software, which may set a cookie and log your IP address to protect the Website from bots, attacks, and abuse.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests for a free consultation;
  • Evaluate whether we can help with your potential legal matter and check for conflicts of interest;
  • Communicate with you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • Understand how visitors use the Website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and
  • Comply with our legal and professional obligations.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Contacting us through the Website, chat, email, or phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have agreed to represent you, which is usually confirmed in a signed written agreement. Until then, please do not send us confidential or sensitive information about your matter. Information on the Website is general and is not legal advice.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for others’ own marketing purposes. We may share information:

  • With service providers who help us run the Website and our practice, such as our website host, security providers, form and email delivery services, chat provider, and analytics and advertising providers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as described in their own privacy policies.
  • For legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, or rules of professional conduct, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our firm, our clients, or others.
  • In a business transition, such as a merger of our firm or transfer of our practice, subject to applicable professional responsibility rules.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry or your case, for example to schedule appointments, request documents, or share updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You can also call us at (502) 931-6788. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messages are not a secure way to send sensitive information, so please call us if you would rather discuss your matter by phone.

Google API Services and YouTube

We use Google APIs, including the YouTube Data API, only to manage our firm’s own YouTube channel content, such as updating titles and descriptions of our own videos. We do not use Google APIs to access, collect, or store personal information about our website visitors or YouTube viewers. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Website includes embedded YouTube videos. When you view or play an embedded video, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect information about you and your device. Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Embedded Google Maps are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide legal services, and meet our legal, ethical, and record-keeping obligations. If we do not represent you, we may keep a record of your inquiry for conflict-checking and record-keeping purposes. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the retention settings of the providers we use.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no website, internet transmission, or email is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us online.

Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has given us information through the Website, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s injury claim on the child’s behalf.

Your Choices

  • Communications. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to our message, calling us, or emailing larry@larryformanlaw.com.
  • Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block cookies, some parts of the Website, such as forms, chat, or embedded videos, may not work properly.
  • Google Analytics and ads. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them.
  • Access and correction. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you have given us, subject to our legal and professional obligations.
