Lawsuits allege that makers of GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs, used for diabetes and weight loss, failed to adequately warn about risks such as severe gastroparesis (stomach paralysis) and other complications. The drugs named include Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus (Novo Nordisk) and Trulicity and Mounjaro (Eli Lilly). The makers deny the allegations. Forman & Associates is accepting GLP-1 cases.
