Forman & Associates

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and reach us for help, including people with disabilities.

Forman & Associates Accident Injury Lawyers is committed to making larryformanlaw.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. People who have been hurt often have new disabilities, temporary or permanent, and we never want our website to stand between someone and the help they need.

Our goal

Our goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

We have not completed a formal audit, and we don’t claim that every page fully meets that standard today. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review and improve pages as we update the site.

What we’re working on

As we build and update pages, we aim to:

  • write descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • use clear headings and page structure so screen reader users can navigate
  • write in plain language and explain legal terms
  • check color contrast and text size
  • make phone numbers, links, menus and forms usable by keyboard and on mobile devices
  • check new pages for accessibility issues when we publish them

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. These may include older pages, some PDF documents, and content provided by third parties, such as embedded videos, maps, review widgets and online forms. We are working to improve the parts we control and to choose accessible third-party tools.

Tell us about a barrier or get help another way

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. We’ll work with you to provide the information or service another way, such as by phone, by email or in person.

When you contact us, it helps to tell us the web address (URL) of the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. We take this feedback seriously and will try to respond promptly.

We can also meet with you by phone or video, or at your home or the hospital, if visiting our office is hard for you.
