Introduction

My name is Larry Forman, and I am the DUI guy.

I moved to Kentucky at the beginning of my senior year of High School and went to the University of Louisville both for my undergrad and law school. I fell in love with the Commonwealth immediately and knew that I will some day set up shop here.

I only handle DUI cases I handle a variety of criminal and civil cases [see new blog post about it] because I think it is important for an attorney to be able to devote his or her entire time and attention to one subject and master it in order to best benefit the client and their case. It also minimizes the need for the client to pay the attorney’s research time — it’s already done. Finally, by focusing on only one subject, the client can feel more secure that his or her attorney knows what is going on and what needs to be done. The ground is familiar and no serious surprises can be expected.

I am licensed to practice law in the wonderful Commonwealth of Kentucky, but not in any other state. If you have questions to me about other states, I suggest you contact another attorney.
